1.  What is your greatest weakness?  

I recognized that .......... was a weakness of mine and began to do ...................

2.  How would you describe yourself?  

My top skills are ...................

For instance, in my previous work I was able to (give examples of your accomplishments).

3.  Why have you been out of work for so long?  

Best interview answer:

continuing education.

Also good interview answer:

changing careers, caring for family (but I am now ready for work), relocation.

Not good interview answer:

just couldn't find a job.

4.  Why have you gone from job to job?  

Good:

have had temp work; all short term jobs were layoffs, have enjoyed many kinds of work, but am now focused on this kind.

If you have been fired, explain briefly, take responsibility, and focus on your past accomplishments.
