10. What are your top talents or skills?  

Also easy.

Give EXAMPLES from your past of accomplishments that are similar to the duties of the job you are applying for.

11. How did you contribute to your last employer?  

Focus on measurable accomplishments that affected the bottom line, and that were recognized in some way by your supervisors, customers, co-workers.

12. Are you creative? Are you analytical?

Give examples of each.

13. Do you prefer to work in a team, or on your own?  

Tell a teamwork story or two, preferably where you took some leadership role.

14. What kind of people do you prefer to work with?

Talk about getting the job done. Emphasize that you judge people by their performance, not their gender, race, etc.

15. Why are you interested in our company?  

Talk about what you have found out in your research about the company, or its similarity to your previous employers.

16. What are some things you want to avoid in your next job?  

Very tricky. Be sure you will not encounter your example in the prospective job.
